Water Jetpack!
Jetpacks have been around for half a decade, but you can only fly for about 30 seconds. Now, there is a new way to fly, and they have overcome the 30 sec hurdle. From a German company called MS Water sports, comes an all-new jetpack idea. They have harnessed the power of water to use as the "fuel" for their new jetpack. The concept uses a harness that the wearer puts on, they hold on to two "handlebars" that are also used as controllers for the flying machine. The backpack is attached to a Jet Ski size raft that holds the motor that pulls water from a body of water and shoots it up to the user via a hose. The water is then expelled through two nozzles to generate lift. This jetpack can lift the user to 30 feet in the air and propel them to speeds of 45-mph. This jetpack can keep the user aloft for four hours and in that time they can cover 186 miles on one tank of gas. Although this sounds awesome, be prepared to pay $100,000+ for the jetpack.
